Support the K2L Rallies!

Liberal Democrats have always been strong supporters of the K2L Cycle Route between Kenilworth and Leamington, and have campaigned successfully for its inclusion in the current Warwickshire Local Transport Plan. So far however we have been unsuccessful in getting either the Conservative or Labour groups on the County Council to support its prioritisation in funding terms.

Now the local Cycleways group is re-launching its campaign for the K2L route, with rallies this Saturday at 11.00 a.m. at Abbey Fields, Kenilworth and 11.30 a.m. at the Pump Rooms, Leamington. Both rallies will be followed by short social rides of 2-3 miles.

Please come along to one or other of the rallies and show your support for this important cause - on bicycle or on foot!
