Do You Want To Make Your Vote Count?10.50.47am BST (GMT +0100) Tue 24th May 2005 Millions of voters in the recent General Election feel that the voting system has let them down. A Labour majority of 67 seats with only 35.2% of the UK vote is the flimsiest base of public support ever for a majority government.
