Lib Dems launch manifesto for Stratford District Council elections

child with lib dem posterThe Liberal Democrats have launched their manifesto for the Stratford District Council elections to be held on Thursday 6th May 2010.

Our policies are based on the following four principles:

• Decision-making should be as close to the people as possible and as locally accountable as possible.

• Preventing problems will support community cohesion as well as being cost effective.

• That joint working with partners will contribute to the well being of our communities.

• Local people should be involved in decisions about their area.
