Bev MannAfter six years as a parish councillor in Bishops Itchington, Bev Mann is aiming higher on 1st May by seeking to become the second Liberal Democrat district councillor for Harbury, working alongside existing councillor Andrew Patrick.

Born and educated locally, and part of a well known local family going back several generations in the Harbury area, Bev now runs a popular cattery in the area. Her local roots mean she is ideally qualified to represent the needs of local residents.

Andrew Patrick says: "It' a pleasure to endorse Bev for the election on May 1st. I can enthusiastically recommend her as someone who will make an excellent District Councillor."
